We are not an insurance company. We act as an intermediary between you and insurance carriers. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, including Medicare or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
3. Eligibility and Licensing
Our services are available to residents of all 50 United States. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Ally Insurance Network and our agents are licensed insurance producers in all states where we conduct business, in compliance with applicable state insurance regulations.
4. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes or enrolling in insurance coverage. Providing false or misleading information may result in:
- Inaccurate quotes or recommendations
- Denial of coverage by insurance carriers
- Cancellation of your policy
- Legal consequences under insurance fraud laws
You are responsible for updating your information if it changes and for reviewing all policy documents carefully before enrollment.
5. Communications and Consent

By providing your telephone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and/or pre-recorded marketing, informational, and transactional telephone calls and text messages from Ally Insurance Networkand our authorized insurance partners at the mobile or landline number you provided.
You understand and agree that:
- Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction with our services
- Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier
- We may use an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial/prerecorded voice
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

6. No Guarantee of Coverage
Quotes and plan information provided by Ally Insurance Network are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee coverage or acceptance by any insurance carrier. Final coverage decisions are made by insurance carriers based on their underwriting criteria.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but quotes, premiums, coverage details, and plan availability are subject to change and carrier approval.
7. Compensation and Conflicts of Interest
Ally Insurance Network may receive commissions, fees, or other compensation from insurance carriers when you enroll in a policy through our services. The amount of compensation may vary by carrier and product. This compensation does not affect the premium you pay.
While we strive to provide objective recommendations, our compensation structure may create potential conflicts of interest. We are committed to recommending coverage that meets your needs regardless of our compensation.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLY INSURANCE NETWORK AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ally Insurance Network and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your violation of any rights of another party

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
The arbitration shall be conducted in the state where you reside or another mutually agreed upon location. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
